Resource Coordinator

What we are looking for:

Our SAP Business ByDesign team has experienced significant growth over the last year and we expect significant growth over in 2021 and beyond. To support our growth path Clarivos is looking for a resource driven Project Coordinator to join our team in London. At the moment the position is remote due to the current restrictions. Once the restrictions are lifted we expect a pattern of 3 days working from our offices in Paddington and 2 days WFH.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the project management team and Head of Digital Transformation to ensure that the demand is resourced.
  • Responsible for updating resource management systems, ensuring they are up to date with team allocation and forecasting, ready for weekly reporting.
  • Responsible for utilising a skills based dataset that informs what skills our talent have and ensuring a timely rotation across Mission types to get the best output and run the teams at their most efficient
  • Responsible for identifying potential resourcing risks/issues and ensures mitigation is in place.
  • Invoicing

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in project coordinating/managing (Ideally in consulting or professional services but not essential)
  • Able to plan and organise projects as well as manage and delegate to others
  • Attentive to detail and quality
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy – ideally some understanding of profit and loss
  • Strong skills on Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally an interest in consulting – leadership, culture, HR, psychology etc
  • Experience managing and onboarding freelancers and contractors
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization
  • Experience managing resourcing budgets
  • Confidence to make clear and well-thought recommendations
  • Calm, considered approach and be able to cope with a very busy workload
  • Good communication skills (clear communication, knowing when to communicate what to whom) and ability to develop working relationships easily.
